Eylül Aydın, who continues her research at Acıbadem University Rare Diseases and Orphan Drugs Application and Research Center (ACURARE), and Prof. Dr. Uğur Özbek, ACURARE center director and Head of the Department of Medical Genetics at Acibadem University School of Medicine, participated in the 56th European Human Genetics Conference held in Glasgow, Scotland, UK on June 10-13, 2023.

Prof. Dr. Uğur Özbek participated in the congress with his poster presentation titled "Obstacles and Expectations of Rare Disease Patients and Their Families in Türkiye: ISTisNA Project Survey Results", while Eylül Aydın made a poster presentation titled "Statistical Analysis of Genomic in-silico Pathogenicity Predictors”.
